Article 3 of AMSIC Bylaws: Members – Enrolment – Resignation - Exclusion
AMSIC association comprises of active members, honorary members and collaborative partners;
a. Anyone can submit an application to the AMSIC Board and seek an active member status. Active Members agree to follow the Association’s objectives, principles, by-laws and statutory documents. Active members are requested to
1. Pay an annual membership fee of thirty Euros (or equivalent in local currency), with the exclusion of students who receive free membership
2. Attend various activities organized by AMSIC such as teleconferences, annual meetings, submission of scientific papers, fundraising assistance etc
b. Individuals or institutions that have rendered outstanding services to the Association can become Honorary Members. Any AMSIC Board member is entitled to solicit a petition on their behalf and its approval requires the majority of Board votes.
c. Membership status is lost by resignation or exclusion. Any exclusion or resignation is pronounced by the AMSIC Board.
